Polyphony

Current vintage: 2023. 25 cases produced. New to the Proteus repertoire is Polyphony, from the Greek meaning “many sounds”. Polyphony, a Pinot party as it were, celebrates the three estate varieties, Pinot Noir, Pinot Chardonnay, and Pinot Gris. Field-blended and fermented together to reveal a crisp, fruit-forward rosé surprise similar to a quality off-dry white wine. A perfect sister companion to Proteus’ white Pinot Noir Illusion and Ramato rosé of Pinot Gris.
